Cultivating Calm: An Ayurveda Autumn Equinox Experience

The Autumn Equinox marks the time when nature nudges us to slow our pace and go inward. Navigate this seasonal shift in community as we explore Ayurveda’s wisdom to support our health and well-being. We’ll practice pranayama and a yoga sequence (vata namaskar) designed to create balance and calm for the mind and body. We’ll review seasonal routines (dinacharya) to include self-care and nutrition recommendations and recipes. We’ll also reflect on what we’re harvesting at this sacred time as we reflect with journal prompts.
Kerrie is an RYT 500 Prana Flow yoga teacher and transformational coach with a background in holistic health, mind-body nutrition, dynamic eating psychology, and personal development. Her yoga experience spans 14 years and has included practicing with a variety of teachers and styles including Ashtanga, Baptiste Power Flow, Jivamukti, and Yin/Restorative practices.
