Myofascial Release for Athletic Recovery + Healing

Learn a simple set of techniques designed to target commonly tight areas of the body and reduce post-workout soreness and fatigue. We’ll use therapy balls and props to apply healthy pressure to the muscles and connective tissues combined with gentle movement, helping to restore strength, mobility, reduce pain and help prevent injury. This practice is a valuable tool for self-care and an effective compliment to biking, hiking, cross-training or yoga!
No yoga experience necessary. All props provided.
Bio: Lindsay Herlinger loves teaching the Art of Relaxation, helping other decrease stress, and deeply heal their bodies. She’s passionate about teaching Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Her classes reflect her therapeutic and anatomical training from Yoga Medicine and philosophical training from Para Yoga. She’s a RYT-500HR certified yoga instructor.
