Healthy Knees Fitness Clinic
This clinic will take an in depth look at what can go wrong with Knees. Hint: it’s not weak quadriceps. Clinic is taught by Judy. Judy is a NSAM Personal Trainer and a Certified Manual Soft Tissue and Chain Reaction Trainer. Classes are free with a valid Carbondale Recreation and Community Center membership or Day Pass. The lifeguard blended training course provides participants with all the skills necessary to become a certified lifeguard for American Red Cross facilities.
