Establishing a Daily Mindfulness Practice

This half-day retreat will provide keys to a successful daily mindfulness practice and guidance for maintaining it through the challenges and surprises of life. The retreat includes meditation practices to cultivate stable attention and to bring intention to your actions and interactions in your daily life to support living a meaningful life. No experience necessary.
