Don’t Blow Your Top: How to Pressure Can

Healthy Knees Fitness Clinic

This clinic will take an in depth look at what can go wrong with Knees. Hint: it’s not weak quadriceps. Clinic is taught by Judy. Judy is a NSAM Personal Trainer and a Certified Manual Soft Tissue and Chain Reaction Trainer. Classes are free with a valid Carbondale Recreation and Community Center membership or Day Pass. Dehydrating Foods, Leathers, & Jerkies
