Kettlebell Clinic

Perfect the Kettlebell Turkish Getup, Windmill, and Figure 8 with Audrey. Audrey is a ISSA, Crossfit, USAKL, and Sport Level 2 Kettlebell Certified Instructor. Canning 101: cooking class
